1. Orders and proofs

Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Every order includes a free artwork check and a digital proof; nothing goes to press until you approve it. Approval confirms spelling, layout, colours and finishing — please check carefully.

2. Turnaround times

Standard production is 3–5 working days after proof approval, plus tracked delivery. Estimated dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed; contact us if your deadline is critical and we will advise honestly.

3. Colour and stock

We calibrate our presses daily, but printed colour can vary slightly from screen previews and between runs. We will always reprint orders with a genuine colour or quality fault — just send photos within 14 days of delivery.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Because every job is printed to order, cancellations are free only before proof approval. After approval, work in progress is charged at cost. Faulty goods are reprinted or refunded at your choice.

5. Artwork rights

You confirm you own (or are licensed to use) everything you send us. We keep your files confidential and never reuse your designs without permission.
